Perhaps you missunderstood my post or didn't read it carefully.

I said, "I don't recall anybody saying there was something wrong with selling your position whenever one wants to. Heck, I don't care how many people buy high and sell low. Be my guest."

I wasn't thinking of "trading" so much as what the provious poster was suggesting. He/she seemed to be encouraging others who had bought high to sell now and wait for something to happen. My response was to what I suspect was some self-serving investment advice.
