As for Trademark Registration for ImmunForte, I suspect that there are several things still "under construction". Unfortunately, my Italian is not good enough to read the technical web sites.

It should be noted that AHD still has an exclusive agreement that covers many areas of the US, and though they may not have made the minimums specified in their contract, they have until the end of 2008 to do so.

I would not look for BIOAGRA to go after the US market for human consumption until it has been conclusively determined that AHD will not meet the minimums required to retain exclusivity. Even at that, it is always possible for an extension to be granted.
