It's good to read your posts.

I don't visit this board very often. I suppose there is a cautious level of optimism, even after years of disappointment.

I don't mean any disrespect in my posts. I do, however, wish to call a spade a spade. If ever there is a statement made that is incorrect, or even inappropriate for that matter, I will apologize to the board.
