I'm disappointed, too.

It is my opinion that there is too much that goes on behind the scenes for any ordinary investor to really get comfortable with Vyta as an investment.... just as has been the case in the past with Nanopierce and Intercell. I still feel deceived because of the conditions that existed at the time of the Intercell/Brunetti deal.

As great as the technology sounds, nothing beats results. There have never been the results that are important to investors. Until results are presented which support all of the speculative optimism, I can't understand what basis there is for considering additional investment.

All of the behind the scenes deals do nothing to build confidence. Whether it is the Arizcan (sp?) deals, or the deals with LLCs that have no responsibility to disclose what goes on behind their closed doors.

I know the technology sounds promising.... I just don't have the emotional energy to give it a second thought. I know guys like Zties and Kent have a great deal of knowledge, and I really do respect their position. I just don't have the same opinion of those running the company that they do.
