I believe that it means absolutely nothing. Vyta Corp's legal team is extremely committed to this suit, and has a very high success rate. They did not achieve their level of success by lying down and playing dead at the first sign of a challenge.

The legal team that represents Vyta Corp (completely on contingency) has won huge settlements from some of the biggest corporations in the US, with litigation that went on for years, and saw minor victories on both sides. It matters only who prevails in the end.

I believe (to use the vernacular) "you ain't seen nothin' yet."
