Geoff,
Either Neal Bartoletta is bored silly, and (between computer games of solitare) decided to post an "utterly trivial piece of paperwork" on the BIOAGRA website , OR, there is some significance to the document.
I, for one, have been waiting for months (actually, MANY months) for confirmation that this "utterly trivial piece of paperwork" had been completed, and an FDA registration number obtained. I have to admit to having sarcastically suggested that it was being sent by Pony Express, and that the horse, not having been fed Equiforce, had died along the way.
There are a number of NON-trivial activities that can depend on this document being in place. Those things include commercial applications of the product (other than test samples) as an ingredient in animal food; registration of a product (like Equiforce) with other govenmental regulatory agencies (i.e., State Racing Commissions) or non-governmental agencies (the International Olympic committee); inclusion (by companies such as AHD or THEIR customers) of a product such as PureStim in dietary supplements or over-the-counter products for human consumption; approvial by foriegn governmental (i.e. China, the EU, Brazil, Mexico) agencies for import; or inclusion of the product in Food or beverages intended for human consumption, such as fruit juices or bottled tea.
Now, maybe I've been staring at my computer screen way too long, and perhaps I have come to the point that I find significance in the changing of a light bulb. (In which case, little chain yanking from my friends is definately needed from time to time.)
But, I got excited about this long awaited piece of the puzzle being put into place. I will be interested to see if the world outside Agora responds in the coming days/weeks with more than a stiffled yawn.
Best regards,
-zties
PS. I am still puzzling over the use of an "Agent" in filing this very simple piece of paperwork that can be done in minutes online.
