Agora's new and enhanced private messaging system makes it easy to contact another poster and retain the privacy of your identity. This system does not disclose your private email address, or anything other than your screen name.

You simply click on the name of the poster you wish to contact, and on their profile page, in the sidebar to the left of the screen under the "stars" where you register "your vote", you will see the options: "ignore user" and "send pm". When you click "send pm", a new message box is opened for you to compose a message to the other poster. This works exactly like a post on the public message board, but it can only be viewed by the intended receiver. Agora also notifies the reciever through email, that they have a message, and provide the recipient with a convenient link to your message.

This is a very convenient feature and it works great.
