It is my understanding of the Trade Mark registration process, that a "Statement of Use" must be filed by Tuesday 4/24/07, or an extension requested.  The appearance of the product PureStim on Bioagra's website is a partial fulfillment of the requirements for a truthful filing of the "Statement of Use", IMO.
