Miss A Day...

It looks like it was pretty active posting day yesterday.

I haven't read all the posts; but, it appeared to be a rather one-sided battle for the ear of anyone cruising the Vyta board.

Others can argue the merits of the agreement referenced in the 8k. Sure it has possibilities; but, there is absolutely nothing binding as a purchase order attached to that 8k. The only thing that document did was discuss marketing rights.

What's more interesting is that the agreement was executed by an LLC. I believe that there's no obligation on the part of an LLC to disclose their financial performance to anyone they choose not to. In other words, there's absolutely no transparency. Bioagra could be dealing with a wildly successful company, or just a small group of sales representatives.

Any outcome could be predicted for this venture and no one could argue against it. Anyone who tries to read too much into it, from either side, is gambling.

Only time and documented financial performance will prove which side's position is correct.

And about Snake.... Anyone who has dealt with other cultures understands the difficulty in presenting your point in another language. I believe Snake is sincere in his posts. I also believe that anyone who would suggest that Snake's style resembles that of Willy Wizard never ready any of Willy's posts.

All my personal opinion.

Jeff
