1.  is there any money being paid up front by this company?

2.  I though I read  that there was a 1 year ramp up period, so does that mean that they could sell zero for a year and not lose any rights to the product?

3.  Is there any financial commitment by this company whatsoever?

4.  Is the worst that could happen to this company that they lose exclusivity in those countries if they fail to sell?

5.  Is there any risk being incurred by them on any level to do this deal?

I hope  the answers to some of these are yes, and $$$$$$.  If not, this is wonderful news that rings a little hollow until we see the money.  In the past we saw things like this without the money ever coming.

Truth be told, I'm a little pumped up by all of this, but still quite leery.

I really do need to see the money.  I hope this works.

I thank whoever answers those questions in advance should someone be willing to fill me in.
