Maybe I am missing something, but, I don't read the 8k to mean that there are committed orders.

The only thing the attachment to the 8k states is the condition for exclusivity.

This could be great for the shareholders; but, like has already been suggested, a few shareholders wore their calculators with fantasies of silicone wafers and NCS earlier in this decade.

Also, the price is something that is confidential. We will only know the price after sales and profits are reported. Until then, it is pure speculation to attach any number to the product.

There is potential... but, there are several major unknowns.
