Mark,

The other shoe is this...

Nanopierce's technology was interesting. There were shareholders whose opinions I came to value. I believed in the information provided by management. I spoke to management on several different occasions and believed in them... not because of any particular record, but, because of a similar mindset.

Over the years the inconsistencies mounted, there were more finance deals with consultants and entities that made little sense... and then there was the Brunetti deal with Intercell. And, for what it's worth, I didn't have a financial interest in that deal. I did, however, have an interest in the deal because of the involvement by Nanopierce management. It was my research into the Brunetti deal and what I learned through Los Alamos County that made me realize that my confidence in management had been misplaced.

That's probably a little longer version than you wanted to hear; but, that's about as condensed as I can make my story. (I also know you don't want me to repeat my concerns with the false statements made early on with Vyta regarding its orders.)

Jeff
