Mark,

I'm sorry, but, I still have trouble believing your position as essentially a long-time investor but only recent poster. I suppose I just find it curious.

Maybe you can explain how it is so easy for you to disregard the disappointments of the following:

- WaferPierce state-of-the-art bumping and interconnection technology for chip wafer fabrication, including the clean room and other testing endeavors that went along with this product line.

- Boeing connection systems

- Delco connection systems

- Smart labels (and smartpaper) (Avery LOI)

- LED arrays

- Test contactors

There is so much that was presented to investors in terms of opportunities. Yet, when commercial success never occurred, there was never an explanation by management.

Even if one were to ignore the Nanopierce connection, there is the case of Mid-South Feeds that was promoted as a significant customer of BioAgra's. Based upon the financial filings, and the absence of information from the company, one can only believe that this agreement failed to produce anything of financial importance. (And there were the firm purchase orders that were publicized even before the BioAgra venture was funded.) What has really changed concerning management's performance?

It always seems like we're jumping from one pond to another.

Just My Personal Opinion

Jeff
