Mark,

With your skillful writing ability.... I find it interesting that you could have refrained from posting in the past. You really do have an ability to persuasively express your opinions. How long have you been an investor in Nanopierce?

I don't, however, have the same opinions regarding Nanopierce as you do.

Shareholder value has been significantly diluted, mainly during the last five years. Private placement and special financing deals have taken place that diminish the support that has been provided by many of the early longs. Many of these deals have been with entities that have no connection with the company. All of these deals have taken away value from the real, ordinary investors.

Regardless of past history, what should be important to any long is the real financial performance of Vyta. ExypnoTech's revenue is interesting; but, it does not add real value to the company at this time. Everything else, in my opinion, is speculation. Confidence and credibility associated with the sources of speculation must be taken into consideration.

Why should investors feel any differently about EquiForce than they did in the dog food deal with Mid-South? The Mid-South deal was actually promoted as a commercial realism.... that has long since vanished.

Anything short of real, documented, financial performance must be viewed in light of the unsuccessful performance in the past. Shareholders should expect, and demand, accountability.

All My Personal Opinion

Jeff
