Z...

First, let me say that I really do respect your research, your point of view, and your commitment. There is no disrespect intended toward you, or any other shareholder.

And regarding my comment about Kristi... well, let's just say I know better than to make unsubstantiated comments. I drew a conclusion that may, or may not, be accurate. I apologize for my conjecture.

Regarding ExypnoTech, I am underwhelmed. When I reflect back on the tens of millions of dollars that were lost in shareholder value, the ExpnoTech/TagStar success has a very long way to go to make up ground lost. What happened to the deals with the major chip manufacturers, with the smart label product, with the airline connections, and with the automotive connections, just to name a few. To me, ExpnoTech will have to do one heck of a business to make up for those other revenue streams. And how long will Exypnotech hold the profits generated before they flow back to Vyta? And for the millions and millions of outstanding shares, what will those profits really do to the bottom line?

The lack of honesty before Agrastim production really does bother me. I won't go so far as to call it intentional dishonesty; but, the firm purchase orders that were promoted before the production line installation began obviously weren't there, or they were something much different than commercial purchase orders. At best, shareholders were misled, and at worst, we were fed lies.

And then to read today that it appears inevitable that the government will be allowing a stronger type of antibiotic to be used in beef production (against all of the recognized experts' positions)... well, it just seems like the government won't be making it any easier for BioAgra to succeed.

I pulled out my files this weekend with a lot of the posts by many of the longs (including letters to shareholders from Paul) in the early days of my investment. Strangely, I found myself defending the character of management and the validity of the NCS product against the "bashers" who had a much different opinion. There were many of the same longs then... and I considered myself to be one. It makes me sad, and it makes me realize how foolish and one-sided I was at that time.

As with all the remaining longs, I would very much like for Vyta to recover and for management to regain credibility. I still believe that it would be a mistake for anyone to invest additional resources in Vyta without an accounting by management of its past overly optimistic statements, and specifically... what is different now.

All my personal opinon.

Jeff
