I talked to Kristi regarding her resignation as CFO. Bottom line is that she never wanted the position of CFO. Vyta will be searching for a replacement person for that title. I do not want the title.

Kristi will still be darn sure all of VYTC's filings will be done.

Regarding VYTC, I will take a moment to state that I went to the International Poultry Show in Atlanta end of last January. I had the opportunity to talk to seven people from BioAgra, five of them directly involved in sales. There is a lot of forward action being taken.

Multiple independent tests are being done to validate Beta Glucan's properties/claims. Prospective customers are demanding these independent tests. The potential customer base is global with the majority in the US.

So, now, to me, it is a matter of confidence in Beta Glucan. In my research and the research of others that I speak to, I am confident. I also take Beta Glucan and have felt a strong positive difference.

To me it is a matter of time.

Kay, where has the money come and where is it going, well, I know my check book is hot with my support of Vytc and one only has to read the past 10Q to see where the money has been going... BioAgra.

Oh, I think I still have those old pictures. Just finding them might be a challenge (grin).
