To follow your logic, why are we even discussing IICP on this board?

I'm not bashing... I'm discussing pertinent history. Where are the feed orders? Where are the NCS orders? Why is there never a legitimate explanation for the failures.... never an attempt learn from those mistakes.... only something new for which speculation can be generated without basis for fact?
