On occasion, I learn a new lesson.  This time was that even adversaries have the occasion to thank the other.

Thanks for your post while I was out of town, enjoying friends and family over the holiday.

I wish that I could have been one of those despicable (sp?) people that took profits on "cheap" shares but, nope, not to be.  In fact the volume was so low that even at the financing of $1.00 per share, selling into the market was virtually impossible.  No financeer could break even with such low volume.

We need higher prices and much higher volume to be able to do anything.  Case in point, look at IICP, it went from .005/share to .30 per share over ten months.  Volume went up substantially from the .07 to .30 which could allow early entry shareholders/financeers an exit.  The financeers at .10 for IICP had to wait around three years to realize an exit though with with the volume, I see less than 1/3 to 1/2 took advantage of the run up.

I do acknowledge that I sold 10,000 shares in 2005 as a knee jerk reaction to the reverse split.  Though sold at a loss, it was a good move.  I was also forced to sell 2000 shares (pre reverse) end of 2005 by my 401K broker since the value of those shares did not warrant the cost of the broker to keep my business (chuckle).

That's it.

I do look for higher share prices and much higher volume.  Will VYTC achieve the 6000 % increase like IICP did?  That would mean VYTC going to $24.00/share starting at .40.  I would be shocked and would not wait for that.  1000% to 2000% would be fantastic and more reasonable once they (VYTC) demonstrate the ability to close orders for Agrastim.  If they can lock down licensing for NCS, that would be gravy on my mashed potatos (my favorite dish).

So, some might think I have unreasonable expectations.  Time will tell.  But I monitor a number of stocks that have had turn arounds and thousands percent gains are what the OTC is all about.

Even on the Nasdaq, I watched IIIN after my accountant brought it to my attention.  At that time it was around $10 (Nov 2005) after moving from a low of .35ish (Dec 2003).  I decided it had played out but it went to a high of $30.00 (Apr 2006) so I did not take advantage of that gain.  It has settled in a range of $17 to $20.

So the market has a number of movers and shakers and I hope that VYTC is one of them.

Do I have my doubts?  Yes, at times.  But I maintain my position of positive outlook that VYTC is a turn around candidate.

Regards,
Kent
