Who Is Surprised?

Richard is right.... this is sad.

But who is surprised?

Has anyone been following Intercell? Sure seems like the traditional pattern with one of these loosely affiliated companies. Share price increases dramatically, news is released which supposedly supports the positive activity, and then the share price decreases rapidly on less and less volume.

That is not so different from the last seven years of Nanopierce and Intercell. Remember Brunetti? Remember all the deals? Remember all the leading edge technology and the industries lining up to get on board? Remember the Bioagra product waiting to jump off the shelves?

The people who get hurt in these deals are the investors who believe what they are told, whether it is direct or implied. The guys on the inside and their friends are the ones profiting off the backs of the ordinary investors.

Go to the NewMarket forum and read what their longs post. They don't seem like a universally satisfied bunch. I do congratulate any of the Intercell longs who made some of their losses back, or maybe even made money over the last several months... hopefully they know when to sell. (Or would it be correct to say, hopefully they sold.)

I wonder how many private investors got burned on the Vyta deal... how many investors have warrants that are under water, and may never see the light of day. Maybe shorting was allowed.... maybe not.

I truly feel contempt for those who take advantage of others. With this company, and it's related companies, there is always promise but no proof. And, what's worse, there is never an intelligent end to any of it to explain what happened. Bad mistakes and bankruptcy and investor losses. Then there are the special interests.... people and companies who benefit from the losses of others.

Has anything changed? IMHO... NO

Jeff
