Kathy, I feel even more strongly now than I did before that you are making a political issue out of this. First of all, I personally don't feel any safer now than I did before 9/11. The genie's out of the bottle and now we need someone to put him back in. Secondly, I know you are known for being factual in your research and postings; however, the report that you reference says nothing about Elgindy being convicted of prior knowledge of 9/11. There has been a lot of talk about Elgindy's prior knowledge; but, I believe that charge was thrown out. If I'm wrong about him being convicted of it, please feel free to correct me. And finally, the document you posted is a partisan document intended to promote the actions of a Republican President and a Republican controlled Congress. If someone posted a Democratic publication disputing those facts; but, went so far as to say that the current government didn't go far enough in its prosecution of Elgindy, would you be as supportive of a link on this board.
