Is it just me, or does the following excerpt from the shareholder letter sound like a bunch of double-speak?

``NewMarket has integrated the unrecognized benefits of the micro cap public market to create an incremental return on investment from the milestone achievements realized along the way in the development of a new technology. By compartmentalizing new technology products and services in subsidiary companies that can be independently publicly listed, investors have the opportunity to monetize the incremental returns from milestone achievements.``

If this is about buying the loss carry forward of Intercell, why don`t they just say so? Is this management`s way of getting out from under the debt, and making their way toward the exit?

It`s mumbo-jumbo like the language of this deal, and like the long history of management, that makes a skeptic out of most honest investors.

Buyer beware is my advice.
