A little ignorance goes a long way. (Please don`t confuse me with the facts)

It amazes me that the information provided in the recent prospectus should be ``news`` to self professed experts on this board, when all of the information contained in it has been public for a year. Every aspect of this financing has been submitted to, and scrutinized by, the SEC. To imply that there is some ``dirty little secret`` in the most recent prospectus reveals how little due diligence has actually been done.
Months ago I posted a link to new industrial parks in the Savanah area, showing all the tax incentives to locating there. The park had new industry ``incubator`` buildings just waiting for tennants. When Kathy posted a few weeks ago that we already have a building, her post was met with accusations and implications that Paul had somehow lied, because he initially said we were going to build. Can anybody see how totally stupid it is to attack the company for making a reasonable business decision like moving into an existing ``new`` building with lots of incentives? These are responses based entirely on emotion, with little or no regard for doing real business.
I stopped posting here months ago because of the response my research received. I have continued my due diligence on the proposed beta glucan JV, and have shared my findings with my friends. But, quite frankly, I have avoided posting any of it here, because nobody seems to care about facts.
There are tens of millions of chickens slaughtered in the US every day. The largest single problem in the poultry business is the control of salmonella. Beta glucan supplements have been shown to be the most effective natural way to combat salmonella without the use of man-made antibiotics. Just a quick search of the USDA literature reveals that there is a huge demand for this product.
How many self-righteous scoffers believing that Nanopierce shareholders are being fleeced have ever read one USDA report on the benefits of beta glucan as a poultry feed supplement? How many of you know the differences between companies in the beta glucan business like Bipolymer Engineering, Transfer Point, or Immudyne? Which of you can tell me the differences between the patents held by Biopolymer and those held by Immudyne? Have you ever actually READ the patents? Have any of you ever researched the human health benefits of beta glucan? Have you EVER done any research into the economics of beta glucan poultry feed supplement production? What do you know about production costs versus revenues?
All of this information is out there. None of it comes from Paul or other insiders. It can be found through Google, through phone research, and through a network of friends that share an interest in truthful information. It will not be found on Agora. It does not come to the lazy, but is there for those who persist.
I know there are some who have assumed the role of scoffer who really do retain a great degree of personal integrity. To those I would ask, ``Have you really done any due diligence on this, or have you just gotten caught up in the mob mentality because it was so easy and you were feeling so angry?``
One final word: It is my opinion that the beta glucan JV has the potential for revenues and profits that exceed the potential revenues and profits for the RFID market. The poultry business is established, and it is huge. There is a market niche for beta glucan as a feed supplement. The RFID market is still emerging, and is still floundering. IMO, the prospect of beta glucan sales and profits based on a price of hundreds of dollars per kilo, is far better than billions of RFID tags at less than a penny per connection. (This is not intended as a slight to Herb and the hard work he is doing. I wish him God speed.)
I believe that IF Nanopierce is successful in this joint venture (and I believe they will be) those who have held their shares will be very pleased to see projected revenues, and that those who have scoffed will have to find another reason for their dissatisfaction with their lives. For it is PROJECTED revenues that drive the market. Those skeptics who wait around for several quarters to see actual profits will be left complaining on Agora while a big new crop of real investors moves the share price continuously higher.

PS. Kathy, the release of the prospectus and the registration of the shares was truly ``good news`` to me. I am looking forward to the release of news that the JV has been consumated. My best to you, and I wish you a speedy recovery from your illness.
