Thank you for your reply. As I explained previously, I didn`t read the entire document in detail, and I was asking for help.

This investment is way beyond what I bargained for when I first became interested in the technology.

The Company beats the victim drum on a regular basis, as do you. When it is in a person`s best interest to provide volumes of words to support a position, it is done without complaint. When that interest is not supported, there are cries of foul because of the actions of another party, or because someone`s health prohibits the exertion of sufficient time and energy.

Stick a fork in me.... I`m done.

I personally don`t trust the management of Nanopierce at this point, and I question the motives of anyone who defends all of these backdoor financing deals.

There`s one feature of RB that I wish this board possessed... an ignore button. But, there are only one or two posters on this board who would meet my criteria... `nuff said.

I believed at the time of the January 2004 financing that there was manipulation before the financing deal was announced. What else would explain the rapid rise in share price, and who else would have known it other than insiders? And once the finance deal was announced it didn`t take long for the share price to drop.

The longs got screwed.... again.

And you state that it would be illegal for the shares to be sold short.... Well, hasn`t that entity changed hands (or names, at least)? Think that was planned?

The fires of down under are burning hot... We can only hope that everyone that was involved in anything deceptive or dishonest feels that heat.

At this point in time I would be most satisfied by Nanopierce going bankrupt, and putting the shareholders out of their misery... and management out of a job. I`m tired of seeing my investment do nothing more than finance a legal circus.

If you want to defend Nanopierce, that`s your prerogative. I just don`t see what compels you to do so. Well... I guess I might be able to with a little thought; but, I generally try to think better thoughts.
