The prospectus is a ``snapshot`` in a changing environment.

Shortly after the filing of this document on May 16, Bioagra released a statement that Mid South Feeds had begun adding Agrastim to their Premium dog food line on May 15, and had plans to add it to all their premium feed lines.

Obviously, the person composing the extensive prospectus filed with the SEC had to work with information provided ``as of a certain date`` and could not continue to update the document with every change of events.

The announcement that Mid South HAD ALREADY BEGUN using the product, indicates to me that there were agreements, and at least one purchase order in place, prior to the filing of the prospectus with the SEC.

The document also states that the facility would be in full scale production by the end of June. I don`t know where they are in the continuium of things, but I seriously doubt that any large scale producer is going to commit hundreds of thousands, or even millions of dollars in a formal purchase order, until they see that the plant can consistently produce the quantity and quality of product they require.

When will that be? Well, it seems no one is saying. But, we DO know that at least one customer has publically stated that they have already begun using the product, and expect to expand their use throughout their premium product line. This leads me to believe that Mid South Feeds is convinced that the quality and quantity is already there, will and will continue to meet their company`s requirements for the foreseeable future.

Best regards,
