Those items are:
Revenue for ExypnoTech which is strongly UP:
In the three months ending this 10Q (March 31, 2006) they showed revenue of: $821,429 with a profit of: $182,754.
In the nine months ending 3/31 they showed revenue of: $1,866,625 with a profit of: $86,350.
In the three months ending for the last 10Q (December 31, 2005), ExypnoTech`s showed revenue of: $645,460 with a loss of $61,827.
In the six months ending 12/31 they showed revenue of: $1,045,196 with a loss of: $96,404.
ExypnoTech has become profitable and I anticipate future 10Qs to show a steady increase in revenue stream with enhanced profitability.
The next item I was looking for was that Arizcan has paid in full that which it owed VytaCorp. It has. There are no outstanding balances due to VytaCorp.
The next item I was looking for was how much VytaCorp has contributed to BioAgra.
We know that the original JV price was $1.5 million. That was completed last year.
What I found intriguing and potentially very strong was that VytaCorp has loaned an additional $1,661,570 to BioAgra with repayment to commence June 2006 with the majority expected to be paid back this year.
I was hoping to see some mention of first revenue for BioAgra and am not surprised to not see it in this 10Q. Though we have seen on BioAgra`s website that product has been delivered and incorporated in a feed product, it may be too soon to post such revenue.
But that information from the website clearly shows that BioAgra is in production and delivering product.
I look forward to a formal press release from VytaCorp stating that BioAgra is in production and is selling product.
So, this 10Q does reflect some positive changes that I anticipate will show in future Qs and Ks.
