Generally, a filing of an ammended SB-2 or SB-1 indicates that the review process is near end or at the end and approval is soon if not already in hand.

I am pleasantly surprised if approval has been granted so swiftly. The SB-2 was filed March 29th. Here is is May 10th and it appears that the review process took less than 45 days.

Once approval by the SEC has been granted, VYTC`s silence can be lifted.
