Was just checking in here after being awayfor a while. I am fully on side with your comments Hoov. I am disappointed to have not had a chance to respond on the UC Balance sheet comments. After all at this point the balance sheet is a significant indicator of UC's ability to continue? It is a very valid topic and a valid concern for all shareholders.

OG, I knew you were on side. Hoov sorry that you are getting negative responses for a job you take seriously and do well, it is a reflection of UC's current situation more than anything else. Cheers all, CS
