HaHaHa! Good analogy OG! I have more than once opened a promising 20 or 25 y-o bottle which readily - and sadly - ended in the kitchen sink! There is no way to revive a dead wine, it wil not turn from brown to purple even in a beautiful crystal carafe... But will I trow away the remaining bottles of the same wine? I use to belie myself that they could one day resussitate and deliver a reborn enchantment... But, as I did with my UC shares, I kept the doomed sisters lying still on the rack, uncorked forever, with the only left joy of having a beautiful label to look at!!!
