The problem is deeper than this, Lar.

The price of silver never went over US$20 until 2010, by which time the mill was already trying to get production up to speed. Sporadic production continued right through the run up to over US$40/oz and back. At no time during that period were they in a cash flow positive situation.

Now the economic material is depleted, and the price of silver has slid, and the cash reserve is gone. But this is the result, not the cause.
