After repair of the ball mill, end of the rainy season and passing of the hurricane, UC is running at 120 tons/day. UC can declare commercial production once the mill is running at 200 tons/day for 30 days.

Sorry the reply isn't from Hoov but the answer would be possibly Q2. The first quarter was over at the end of September. Steady production of 120 tpd commenced at the start of October. Hopefully the mill has been running steady since and with production possibly increasing. A rising silver price would go a long way to ensure profitability.
