Now we wait for Bart Chilton's to speak out. Mr Chilton said he had quite a bit to say if the CFTC found no wrongdoing. Keep in mind the CFTC said something to the effect that there was not enough evidence to date. The door is still open but will the CFTC string us along for another 5 years?
