There is always a 'Tell'. In my years of trading, I have seldom seen an SP moving event announced without several M being loaded the night before and/or the morning of.
I choose to remain positive about this little gem. In my world, when I'm watching the paint dry on a barn, in the heat of the day, any cool breeze that comes up is reason for excitement.
