House 33 now looking positive (?) buying small lots at the $0.03 offer and the large-ish offer has moved to $0.035 with reasonable offers (230k and less)all the way to $0.05 ... I would like to think that whoever/whatever was crushing us has been sticken with the world's worst case of anal fissures (note the plural) and cannot sit long enough to continue bombing us.
