Message: i tried to phone tdwaterhouse

and their message came on saying they were experiencing high volumes recently and that i would experience a wait in order to talk to a trader.

i never got connected to tell the trader i was getting ticked with their inability to solve the 'glitch' in their bid/ask display.

so i emailed them: titled...disenchantment

to whom it may concern

i am becoming increasingly disenchanted with my waterhouse account.
you have not been able to fix the bid/ask section for some time now.
i fear your system has been compromised and you do not have the ability to fix and secure it.
i feel my dealings would be safer with another established bank whose securities department does not have a similar problem.
