Our sentiment and tone here naturally have a direct correlation to our basis and years on board the UC train. I want to thank-you both for reminding me yet again that each of us bring different circumstances and perceptions to the hub. I myself need to be more sensitive when I view/call this a tasty load at .03, when others have a concrete block tied to their leg and are hurting.

Hopefully....in a reasonable period of time....many here will see a good return on their investment. For others it may take longer. What I do know this Thursday afternoon is that Jim remains confident, focused and invested in this little gem. He and UC are in better shape then 99% of the Jr.'s I currently have on my screen.
