Thank you,but please forgive my ignorance.I can read stock price charts,i just don`t understand what that latest news release means concerning the future of UC. Is there a FACT in there somehwere that i`m missing, stating it`s either a good or bad thing for us ?

At the moment,at least according to the market,it dosen`t appear as though there`s anything there appealing.It`s trading right where it opened,at.03.That`s why i was just wondering if anyone knew what it meant.
