4c/share has been tested independantly at least 10 times - UC was trading at 4cents for nearly 2 x solid months this year according to bigcharts so this area is very strong for buyers.

Traders are probably trying to take advantage of tax loss selling coupled with some billionaires who've inloaded their positions in some large corps owing to the alteration in corp tax in the US come Jan etc. This situation doesn't apply to Canadian Juniors.

Even a swing down in the PM prices can be absorbed by some additional production figures by a miner.
