This is the price at which we have achieved liquidity. It smells bad, looks bad and tastes bad so guess what: ITS BAD NEWS folks. The market says that is what we are worth after all of management’s time and effort and my patience and loyalty.

It is disturbing that someone with that many shares is bailing out with such vigor when all of the "MATERIAL" information that the market has, indicates we are minutes away from success.

It is reassuring that someone smarter than me is creating a significant position in UC by buying all of these cheap shares.

I wonder who has the best “NON-MATERIAL” information on these transactions.

BTW does anyone know if we installed that critical diaphragm pump?
