u.c's headlamps are growing dim ,so someone should get to the gist

of the problem and recharge their batteries. .Lets look at it this way.

1. There is gold in the ground

2. U C has equipment to recover that gold

3. We are paying human beings to operate that equipment.

4. If that combination is successful , Gold will appear.

5. If gold appears it must be accounted for.

6. Any mal-function should be reported to the investor.

7. The law may be weak on item 6 and 7.
