Good morning my esteemed friend: Usual coffee?
You posted --->I don't care about other locations or Xora or Pinto potential any more.

Actually in this time of difficulties, for both the Juniors AND the property owners, this is by far the best time to just scout around and tie up some of the best relatively cheaply for future development or resale.
My belief is that Tomorrow 'WILL' come. LA Yesca, as I understand it, has a projected life span of approx. 3-5 years, unless new sources of processing materiel are developed.
The potential of this on the same property, or nearby ones, is great, I agree.
Let's be ready for the transition, if and when it occurs.
More coffee my friend?
Don Jose de La Mancha
p.s. The property that I mentioned was an 'example,' it is a true one, but not for promoting in here.
