Its nice to get news so soon after our IR portal here at AG closed. Now it’s up to us to de-sanitize it without censure and ridicule, so I look forward to very frank and insightful comments.

I offer the following:

1. Our new geologist has a very Spanish looking name, can we surmise that he will be working full time at the mill site? This announcement does not provide much detail such as his education or qualifications other than we can surmise that he is middle age (20 years experience should make him 40+) and that he has some experience in the general area. Does anyone know the real significance of the “Dolores Project”? When I googled “Delores Project” I found out that it relates to shelters and services for homeless women. I’m guessing that it is not pertinent.

2. Gerado will be a great help to us during the drilling of Xora and Pinta. Does anyone know if we have a drill there standing by? I recall that we farmed it out to FMG

3. It’s great to hear that we have experienced some processing improvement at the mill already but that we wait for complete installation and implementation of the upgrade. I’m rather surprised that UC introduced our new geologist (BTW Neil Novak was our last Chief Geologist) and not our new mill manager. Does anyone know the name, experience and qualifications of our new mill manager?

4. At this point in time, I suggest that the mill manager is integral to immediate success. Finding more ore is great, but dependent on functional facilities to process it. The NR alludes to some personnel changes, with the primary change being the hire of a new mill manager. It also references “new precipitate handling and smelting procedures” with the comment that “management can (now) trust every element of the smelting and recovery process”. This is a very leading set of statements. The corollary of this is that something hinky was going on previously. Any insight as to what these leading statements really mean?

I suppose it is each of our responsibility to call Gary or Jim on the phone and ask these type questions. If anyone follows up on this NR with a call to company management, please fill in some of the blanks on this free forum

Thanks

Aafab
