2. Does this initiative mean that UC executive will not be responding to shareholder questions through Agoracom beyond 5:00 today? Or until the next Q&A session is announced?

3. Would UC Executive consider announcing the next opportunity for this Q&A dialogue further in advance? Those of us with day jobs may be pressed by this 24 hr timetable and may not have signed onto Agoracom until this morning or even until after the window of opportunity has closed this afternoon.
