This is why you have picked Jim and his expertise, to go get them while the iron is hot -while they are still available free or at bargain basement prices.

The big boys go for thousands of hectares, while it apears that Jim is going after hi-grade smaller ones. After all how many hectares do you neeed to cover a new fort Knox type of property??.

As an alternative he could corner the mule market , or possibly develop an honest truck agency ?? (snicker)
