So, Hoov, I ask you, am I right, when reading the purchase agreement between UC and Cliff's, in understanding that KWG could acquire the McFaulds part of UC for the same consideration Cliff's is offering? That is KWG's pre-emptive right. They have 45 days.
I wonder if KWG is considering such a move. Would it be prudent? Wouldn't it keep Cliffs from getting more of the ROF for peanuts?
Seems to me with such a move by KWG it would put them in a better bargaining position at a later date. The question would be whether KWG would have the money not only to buy but to do the necessary work to keep the property current.
