good Morning Grande: first, two hot, steaming cups of coffee, it is cold this morning , down to 20 c, brr. No snow or ice, but still, brrr

Apparantly you are not aware of the values of some of the smaller Mexican properties that are still available. I will fill you in on one that is not too far from here. And why they are still availble for the moment.

The property lies about 500 meters from a 'state' maintained, all weather road, hi voltage power lines run parallel to the road.

It is approximately 35 miles to a RR shipping center for shipping to a smelter, and 50 miles to a Major modern city with all facilities and services needed. Labor is nearby.

The state and private assays run --> Au: Hi- 171 grms , lo 7.9, average 27 grams

Ag: - Hi - 580 grms, Lo 17, and of course, hi values in Cu, Pb, plus Zn.

The main vein runs about 12 ft wide, and has a dip of about 75 -80 degrees, down to 300 ft.

There are several around here similar to this, and as for the rest of Mexico ? sheesh..

Why haven't they been snapped up by the larger companies? Simple, selling stock is far simpler if you can claim huge acrage for heap leaching rather than a simple hard rock mine of 30 - 100 hectares, so they follow the herd instinct, even if the smaller property in the end, will produce more profit.

If you can imagine several properties such as this in UC's fold, they collectively might well out produce in clear profit, any of the ROF projects for the next 20 - 30 years,

However from what I have seen posted, most are not interested in a mine of say 20 years for their grand children, but $$$ now, for themselves..

Jim is playing a record salmon, let him play it to the end, so far he is doing just fine.
