I don't know that I like the splitting idea at this point in time. I like the idea of using proceeds from La Yesca to fund exploration in the Ring instead of more dilution. I hope we get good news on both fronts soon.

Perhaps at some point, splitting the company will be the best strategy. In the future, it may be desireable to sell the McFauld's interests and keep La Yesca separate. The producing mine at La Yesca and the other projects in Mexico would still make for a strong future for UC....... especially with a pile of cash for both the company and shareholders from the sale of the ROF assets.

Just my thoughts on the matter. However, I put my faith in the expertise running this company rather than my thoughts. They have all of the information and will run the company in our best interests. And, Jim has over 3million shares so in our best interest will be in his best interest as well. Waiting patiently, Brent
