I am very pleased with this development. UC Needed to grow, and not at the further expense of Jim's personal life. This will enable decisions to be made in two places at one time and will encourage debate between Jim and Gary on these decisions.

I am a little surprised by Gary's apparent lack of mining / exploration business experience but SO-WHAT !! It's all about cash flow, investment choices and ROI. Moe Lavigne (ex KWG) will lend us the Geo perspective we need for the RoF. Hopefully Moe and Gary are acquainted because I predict that Jim will be leading the charge in Mexico, while Gary deals with the JV and legalities in the RoF. (and hopefully a new or updated website)

We held up perfectly today amidst the gore and panic which indicates (to me anyway) that the floor is in, our confidence is high and the stage is set for more good news.
