So lets suppose, rather than 5 million cash flow per quarter that we manage to eke out 3 million per quarter. Doesn't seem too far fetched. This translates to about 7.5 cents per share, and based on the Barrick article in yesterdays Financial Post, most gold producers trade around 10 times cash flow, that makes this a .75 cent stock. Throw in a dime a share for the just announced completion of the Ringo Fire earn in, and you have a stock that is worth perhaps tenfold of where it is currently trading.

I guess my question is, does this stock seem a tad bit undervalued here?

I posted the above comments back in May. Apparently I am the only person in the world that feels these numbers are possible. I am now convinced that every investor in the world lives in Missouri, "The Show Me State." The numbers that came out in June were not very enlightening, however, Labour Day is not far away and the next quarter numbers will be out. It is my quiet prayer that Jim will do his level best to shine a favourable light on what is happening in La Yesca, that is to say for him to say "We crunched _____ this much dirt and produced ________ this much dore which we sold for ______ this much pesos. Kiss principle for all non forensic accountants. He has already stated for the record that the cash flow from La Yesca is more than covering the total costs down there.

Further, the murder mystery going on in the Ring is very much in the minds of the politicians running for the Fall Ontario elections. I suspect an announcement from Hudak's party, from the Feds et al. Good news up there is going to float all boats at the rough speed of a Tsunami.

I will go on the record here saying that the share price of UC will be at least .21 by Thanksgiving and more likely higher. A buck by February, barring any global financial meltdown. Lots of fear out there now, keeping lots of retail sitting on their wallets. Lots of insto money holding back as well.

Wishful thinking? Well, of course it is, but based on the fact that we have a Producing Mine in Mexico and a huge land package in the Ringo. We just await all the "Show Me's" to pile in.

The xTrucker.
