It was posted as a regular NR on stockwatch. Perhaps because there were no warrants and price above SP ... there will not be a hold period so shares will free trade when approved...not sure just wondering. Anyways it is a positive.....money goes to UC directly and someone has confidence in UC future to buy shares at 10 cents.
