UC is getting some good press on the NOT site

Our UC colleagues have included honorable mention of UC copper value, the impact of infrastructure on SP, and speculation of consolidation. See BarbuBeatnik 05/25 at 2:43 pm and Khareema 05/25 at 6:35 pm.
I appreciate your rebuff GrandeJohnson, but I am not as rape ready as some. I think that the benchmark value of the UC JV land privilege in the RoF should be a current and actively debated topic on UC’s official IR site now. Any ciphering we can post to substantiate perspective and value will contribute to our ultimate advantage at the end game.
I wonder if Jim has compared the total FWR acreage, the known value of Cr at the time of CLF maneuver and the take out price of FWR to the total SPQ acreage, the known value of Cr at the time of the CLF maneuver and the take out price of SPQ. If so, perhaps he has transposed these ratios to the UC JV acreage, ciphered in the 43-101 value of Cu & Zn and established a benchmark value. If he has … I wonder if he would share. I would consider this a market value approach.
I think that a ROI approach for our 55% of all SPQ/KWG/UC investment to date will be a very low number, I am sure that Jim knows what that number is. Let’s get it out in public before the Yankee Clipper comes into port.
I am very interested in understanding the JV agreement going forward. If aggressive exploration is the marching order, we could suffer and ultimately be bent over the middle rail by the challenge of raising capital. If care & maintenance is the marching order, then we are gridlocked at the ROI value.
However, if the aerial survey brainiacs can correlate their data with field verified algorithms, some of those fancy colored blotches on the property may be mineral motherloads. If one of them is Cr, Jim should name it “Black Eye” and sell it into the Asian steel market … fast.
BTW, could one of you fine folks direct me to a McFauld’s map that clearly shows the UC JV property and strikes. The one on the UC site has really crappy resolution and does not blow up to 11” x 17” well.
